Lake and Sy Earn All-Conference Honors
CORVALLIS – Oregon State standouts Josiah Lake II and Isaiah Sy both earned All-Conference honors, the WCC announced Tuesday. Lake was named to the first team, while Sy was an honorable mention.
Lake is averaging 13.1 points per game this season, and is leading the team with 127 assists. The guard is averaging 47.2 percent from the floor and has scored in double-figures 20 times this season. Lake has scored over 20 points four times on the year, including a season-high 23 in the Beavers’ win over Arizona State. He ended the regular season fifth in the WCC in minutes per game, and sixth in the league in steals.
Sy is averaging 10.1 points per game and 10.7 points per game during conference play. He leads the team with 61 3-pointers this season, and is second on the team with 138 rebounds on the year. Sy has scored in double-figures 13 times this year, led by a 25-point showing against LMU.
The Beavers ended the regular season with a record of 16-15, and will be the No. 4 seed in the 2026 Credit Union 1 West Coast Conference Basketball Championship.
